i love this simple and quick recipe. I replaced apple butter with vegan butter (bc I couldn't find it at my store) and used real pumpkin filling from my carvings. the bread is more like a loaf for dessert. its delicious and moist. and i'll use 1.25 cups of sugar this time (im not a sweet tooth).
