Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was yummy even though the sodium is pretty high.
I love this easy recipe to take to work. I prefer low sodium cream of chicken soup.
Awesome even my 2yr loved it! Use a splash of ranch dressing instead of sour cream with a pinch of shredded pizza cheese low fat! It was amazing loved it!!! Served over brown rice.
This is simple and very versatile. You can use it as is, as a filling for burritos, or as a topping for nachos or baked potatoes. I substitute reduced fat and sodium cream of chicken soup.
Recipe is delicious! I substituted a can of cream of chicken soup instead. I also omitted the sour cream. I have a new crock pot and the chicken was done in 5 hours. It was great over white rice, sprinkled with low-fat cheddar cheese.
This recipe was great and very easy!! A little too salty for me though. Next time will only use half a package of taco seasoning. To follow the calories listed I broke up the chicken servings came out to about 3/4 cup of the mixture.
I LOVE this recipe! I didn't add the sour cream, but I served the chicken with broken up hard taco shells! YUMMY! & lots of protein!
