wonderful! just what I had been looking for. Had one half cup strawberries with truvia. Made a great breakfast. EASY FAST low calories high fiber low fat.
Tried this for the first time today. I used vanilla non fat greek yoghurt and separated the egg white and whisked separately first. Nice flavour but tasted very 'eggy' so don't think I'll put the yolk in next time. Very filling and you do only need the one! Worth trying.
