Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This soup was both easy and delicious. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. The amount of pepper seemed like a lot, but was very good in the soup. The amount of salt can be decreased if the broth and tomatoes both contain salt.
This was wonderful. I'm amazed at how low in calories it is, and full of flavor too!!
