Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Yummy! I was in a hurry and used store-bought meatballs, which increased the fat content a little, but it was still delicous!
This is pretty low in carbs to start with but I make the meatballs without the bread crumbs and use 1/2 the pasta so it's even lower and it's still delicious!
I used 3 quarts of 99% fat free broth (because I didn't know what to do with the leftovers) & added a half cup more acini de pepe pasta. We all loved it! My son liked it better than what we usually get at our favorite restaurant because the meatballs were bigger. I liked the lower sodium!
