Taste good, no salt and used 1tbls worchester sauce. Made two froze two. Add 2 teas of Mrs Dass garlic seasoning.
This was very good. I used egg beaters instead of egg white and substituted cilantro for the parsley. Also added some garlic powder, but left out the salt. Had it on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and green chile. Added .5 oz of reduced fat cheddar cheese plus some mustard.
