Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Used MUCH less in the way of spices but it was very tasty. I cooked only two chicken breasts and used 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic, no salt. I baked the chicken on top of a few onion slices to keep it moist. Surprisingly, my super picky hubby loved it.
Not sure about the italian spice blend, if it has peppers in it i will have to sub that -- and I would definately elimiate the salt. How can you taste the other flavours of the dish if you overpower it with salt?
Other than that, it looks good and I can't wait to try it!
This was good but way too salty. I would use only like 1 teaspoon of salt next time.
