This looks very good and I'm going to try it. One question though. In the nutrition info box it mentions the amount of cholesterol. As everything appears to be of vegetable origin, there shouldn't be any cholesterol as it only comes from animal flesh, animal milk, or eggs. Is it the protein powder?
