Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I substituted 1 can CM for french onion, used 96/4 beef, red potatoes, mrs.dash tomato garlic basil, and topped with fat free mozzarella
This was my first 'healthy' casserole and it was really yummy. It needs a little ketchup for that missing bite, but 1 tbsp is only 15 calories. I just put small drops on my serving. Requires a decent amount of prep work, before putting into oven, but totally worth it!
i really LOVE comfort food and this is a great way to get that and still cut the calories! i will definitely make this again, i think i might use ground turkey next time though!
