Nutrition & Calorie Comments

A hit at my house too! Slicing chic breasts in half prior to cooking makes it easier to eat. Used the actual reduced fat blue cheese instead of the dressing AND I substituted those new 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for the buns to up the protein. Real keeper with my picky teens!
OMG this is one of my fav. foods, and by baking you are really cuting down on the calories.
really good I made them smaller and added my own sauce to it. great alternative to a few fat classic sandwich.
Sounds great, and an easy, lower-fat variation on the "real thing."
