Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was really good! I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and McCormick's perfect pinch Mexican seasoning. I also added some packaged pico de gallo on top of the onion/pepper mix because I wanted more veggies. Great base recipe though!
