Nutrition & Calorie Comments
I like the idea of the anchovie 'tapenade' but I would not use gouda. I'd rather use some beautiful red radiccio with the green grapes for that delicious mix of sweet and salty.
If I did use cheese I would choose a sharper sheep or goat variety.
