Nutrition & Calorie Comments

So simple to make. No dishes from each ingredient just cans. Very tasty & a healthy number of calories. I will definitely make this again. Next time I will put a sprinkle of shredded cheese atop each bowl and maybe a tsp of sour cream.
I made a lower salt version by using no salt beans, canned tomato, no salt corn, no salt in browned Turkey, still used ranch dressing and taco seasoning. This was very good...I will be concocting homemade saltless taco seasoning in the future dont know if I can concoct salt free ranch.
I am going to make this tonight but I will have to subsitute the canned stuff for dried beans/ fresh to cut down on the sodium.
This is a recipe given to WW members. I use Pinto Beans instead of Black. But the soup is awesome! If possible, use the seasonings that have reduced sodium.
Tried this tonight and it was great it was alil more calories than listed only because of adding some things cheese on top.
Very good and easy! I used 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and added a little salsa and Fat Free cheese and it was great.
