Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Too much sodium for me so I used my own seasonings.
I make my own "taco seasoning". It's better and much lower in sodium.
As others mentioned, save money and cut back on the sodium by using your own spices rather than taco seasoning. There's sugar in that too! I might mix up my own Taco seasoning to have handy! This looks like a yummy recipe!
**YUM.** I used Mrs. Dash Taco seasoning; no salt added, and Greek yogurt for sour cream because that's what I had. I also used the habanero Rotel, because I had that, instead of salsa. This is going on regular rotation here! :-)
I used low sodium taco seasoning to cut down on the salt. I threw the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker and added a little low sodium chicken broth while we were gone. When I got home I shredded the chicken then added the salsa and cooked until heated. We ate it on taco shells. Very good
I used my own spices instead of the high sodium mix. I make my own with the spices listed on the packet. I put it in my crockpot.
This is really good. Used my own seasoning only because I have to watch my sodium.
Easy to make and tastes good. Easy to modify for one person. I have to watch my sodium so I use my own taco seasoning recipe similar to Chef Meg's.
have to say I did make my own taco seasoning (chili powder, onion and garlic powder, cumin) and it was delicious. packaged taco seasonings are loaded w/salt.
This and lots of other recipes give you nutritional stats per serving yet, doesn't provide you with total servings. Who do I contact?
Made this for dinner tonight and served it on corn tortillas layered with fat free re-fried beans, cilantro and avocado. I substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream and I used diced tomatoes w/ green chiles in place of the salsa. I cut my chicken bite sized before baking. It was delicious!
Made this for dinner tonight = it was very good. Wrapped it in a whole grain low carb tortilla and used low sodium taco seasoning. May try putting it in the crock pot.
Good stuff. Husband loves it. I make the seasoning myself and spare my arteries some salt.
This was really good, I cooked for 35 minutes and sprinkled some low fat shredded Mexican cheese. Served it with black beans, corn and rotel....awesome!
Absolutely delicious. Make it even healthier by substituting the sour cream for no fat greek yogurt... extra protein too :)
A very good alternative to the usual plain chicken without adding too many more calories.
