Made this for dinner tonight and served it on corn tortillas layered with fat free re-fried beans, cilantro and avocado. I substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream and I used diced tomatoes w/ green chiles in place of the salsa. I cut my chicken bite sized before baking. It was delicious! Submitted by:

This chicken is absolutely incredible (as I rated it). Such great flavor. I changed NOTHING. After 15 minutes, I added a very tiny amount of water to prevent any burn. My calories are higher tho, I figured 222 calories. Wonder how this would be with fish ????? Submitted by:

This was really delicious. I did change it up a bit though. I put chopped up onions, green pepper, and olive oil in the bag before putting the taco seasoning in.
