Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was my first time cooking greens like this. I loved them! The only thing was, I cut up the bacon first, and so it stayed soft and fatty. Next time, I will either cook up the bacon first until crunchy, or add whole strips of the bacon.
Excellent! Not many people know about the secret weapon of the cider vinegar in greens...these are awesome! The only other thing I add is about 1-2 tbsp of sugar (trust me on this, it rounds out the flavor so well). Whenever I make these, my 15-yr-old son eats it all in one day which says a lot!
