tweaked it because of what’s in the house. used a banana instead of oil. used erythrytol for sugar and 2 T. coconut flour for the spelt. next time I’ll try with almond flour, or half almond/coconut. The coconut flour was gritty. I also cooked longer. sprinkled a few choc. chips when almost baked
