I would not consider this a low-fat, low calorie healthy recipe. There are many substitutions that could be made to make it so and I'm sure it would taste just as good.
This stuff is really, really good! The only things I change is I use low fat mayo, low free sour cream and fat free shredded cheese instead of the full fat ones. Try this, you'll love it!
