We really liked this. I added marjoram, oregano and bay leaves and a bit more cornstarch. The calories by ingredient are too low as shown by ingredient. One baby red potato has about 110 calories (a serving has a bit more than 1 potato)! The baby carrots should be about 15 calories per serving.
