Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

For a low-fat, low sugar, baked yeast donut...these had a WONDERFUL texture! I was really pleased with them. I did accidentally use 2x the splenda called for but it turned out good. One tip: mixing in cocoa made the dough much stiffer and more breadlike after baking; reduce flour if you add cocoa.
