panko makes for great crunch, but adds little flavor. i generally add italian seasoning and sea salt to the breads crumbs. also, cutting the chicken breasts into strips makes for more satisfying crispiness.
I added some garlic salt, freshly ground pepper, and paprika to the panko crumbs before putting them on the chicken. Very crunchy AND tasty! Easy, too! Super recipe!
