Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was a great recipe. I used splenda instead of sugar, egg beaters, and 1 cup white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour and it still tasted real good.
Ok so this is really really yummy. I wanted to try and make it even more healthy so I substituted 2 eggs for 2 egg whites and 2 c flour for 1 c whole wheat flour and 2/4 c sugar for 1/2 c. splenda. It was still so yummy and very moist. I baked it at 350 for 35 min.
