Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Really high calories! A no for me
I'll take a nice macaroon over this high calorie snack any day.
Will not be doing this one - 472 calories is way too much for a dessert.
Calories and carbs - ouch! This is NOT a healthy recipe. I am surprised to see this on Sparkpeople.
I would bake it in a sheet pan to get more thinner hearts and slightly reduce calorie content. The picture looks like that's what was done or they cut the 9x12 horizontally.
too many calories for such a tiny amount
when we are trying to watch out for empty calories why is this dessert posted? unfair
I made them for my church group but it is really too high in calories for me to use regularly.
Yummy but calories are higher than I would like
Will not make this Too many calories
472.6 CALORIES???? YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ! I can go buy some at the store for that many calories! NO THANKS ! To this recipe for me!
Great, but very high calorie
not worth the calories
I think you could remake this recipe into a healthier version; you could definitely omit the icing and use lowfat cream cheese and sugar free whipped cream combined to make the frosting, and honestly if you have a better chocolate cake mix recipe? Use that and add red food coloring.
I expect spark People to have recipes that are healthy--- A treat made with some whole grain flour or oatmeal and fruit (cherries of strawberries for Valentine's day) would be much healthier than this. The yogurt adds minimal nutrition; only 1 1/2 T. per serving of cake. Very high in sugar and fat
I have found many recipes here that I have made or worked with to fit into my food plan.
This one is not a recipe I will make . It's a box cake mix with cream cheese frosting. Too many calories. . Almost half of my daily limit. There's no justification in listing this recipe.
Okay... but way to many calories for just an okay cake
I made these and they were so good. I got a little fancy and spangled them with a powder sugar.
Lots of calories but very yummy
These are yummy but high in calories and carbs
My Grand-daughters would love making the little cakes. I would make my own Cream Cheese frosting using low-fat cream cheese.
