Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Drinking calories, oh and added sugar
No sugar needed
I tried it with protein powder and it worked out pretty good. IT tends to be an acquired taste and I'm willing. Love the fizz, made a punch and garnished it with slices of frozen peaches.
nice for an afternoon drink. Best if using very ripe peaches. More flavor and don't need the sugar.
I use fat free, sugar free peach yogurt, and add 1/4 tsp cinnamon which eliminates the need for the sugar. If you want it sweeter, you could use a peach flavored sparkling water or diet pop to replace the club soda. Use skim milk instead of powdered for a great smoothie (no soda).
All the ingredients but the peaches are listed twice, so I'm confused. Sounds good, but I'd substitute plain seltzer instead of club soda because of the sodium.
I will make this today and substitute fat free yogurt and splenda and I bet it will be great. Thanks
I hope this is good has it sounds! Will also try spleda instead of sugar!
Once a month, my spark team gets together to socialize and try out new SP recipes. I'm going to make this one on the 25th! Will probably use the suggestions above and substitute fat free yogurt and leave out the added sugar to reduce cals and fat, but it sounds fantastic!
I would use low-fat yogurt!
I will try this, but will subsitute Splenda for sugar & use non-fat vanilla yogurt to cut down on calories.
The calories can be cut down by using '0 fat and 0 sugar added' yogurt. Tastes GOOD.
