Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used splenda white sugar, a bit of spenda brown sugar and a bit of vanilla protein powder. I made them into cup cakes. They are great. Heaven with icing (a mix of power sugar and whipped cream cheese).
I added this to my cookbook to try someday soon. Looks good! I think I'll replace some of the white sugar w/ brown sugar and/or honey, since I'm trying to cut down on white sugar.
