Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I thought it was okay. I substituted with skim milk and added a pinch of coarse salt and fresh ground pepper. Even though, I still thought it was bland. The fish itself was flaky and moist. But bland and not to enjoyable.
This was easy and delicious! I did use nonfat milk, no butter, and instead of dill and basil, I sprinkled with Old Bay Seasoning and a little parmesan cheese. My husband even enjoyed!!
