Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It’s not surprising that the recipe would yield only approximately 2.5 cups because that’s the amount of liquid in the recipe. Not sure where that came up with 4 cups. Calculate the sodium by ingredients used. I still enjoyed this recipe.
4 stars for me. Site only lets me give one?
I thought this was very good but I also got a yield of only 2.5 cups. A few ideas to reduce sodium much more: there is a VERY low sodium soy sauce called Chinatown Soy Sauce (available on Amazon) that has only 145mg sodium per TB. Also, try Trader Joe's salt free chicken broth.
This is a terrific way to reduce sodium in a stir fry.
The nutrition information is wrong! Followed the recipe exactly and only got 2.5c of sauce, which drastically changes the sodium content. VERY misleading to be labeled as "Low Sodium!" Also, for future recipes, please simplify - 6 tsp. is the same as 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp. is 1/4 c. Thanks.
Great stir fry sauce, however, when I made the recipe the yield was only 3 cups (not 4 cups as stated ). This changes the nutritional info .
This sauce was sooooo good! Glad I found this recipe :) I love stir-fry but have trouble with the sodium and caloric count of the pre-made sauces.
Not true about Bragg's. When comparing suppliment fact labels, Bragg's has 110mg sodium in 1/2 tsp or 660mg per tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy has 575 per tbsp. Also, soy has 1000mg protein as to 1740mg in braggs. Soy 10 cal and Braggs 0 cal. Just FYI.
substitute low sodium soy sauce with Braggs liquid aminos for even more reduce sodium content! Awesome
I loved it! Thanks so much for this low sodium sauce. I froze mine in muffin tins in 1/2 cup portions!
