I used Stevia & a small amount of brown sugar instead of Splenda mix. Put it in a 9x13 (didn't microwave), topped with a yellow cake mix & a little butter. baked @ 350 for 1 hour. Pumpkin Crunch Cake. Any ideas to lighten up cake & butter?
