Everything but the sodium is great for me.. got to watch it carefully, but these sound so great!
yummy! i added a few extras (seasoning salt, garlic powder and onion powder). simple and delicious as a side or snack. even the hubby liked it.
I like the idea, but the execution was terrible. The egg did not help the breadcrumbs stick at all. I found sprinkling some flour on the zucchini before the egg helped, but I think next time I'll use a full breading technique (milk, flour, egg, breadcrumbs). More calories, but worth it.
Really good and crunchy however really lacked some flavor, added some seasoned salt and it really made it perfect!
These were great. I halved the recipe because I only had 1 zucchini. I added some onion powder & a garlic/parsley salt blend. My hubby grilled some which came out really good & I baked some. The ones he grilled were crispier than the baked ones. Very, very good. Need to buy more zucchini!
Better than the frozen type. Less salt too.
