I love the spices and even my non-veg boyfriend liked it, a little too spicy for him though. I also omitted the salsa and beans. This is the first time I have ever ate tofu and actually REALLY enjoyed it. It's just like eggs but cruelty free and less calories.
I made this for dinner and enjoyed it. It didn't knock my socks off, but unlike other tofu dishes I've tried, it wasn't revolting either. Actually, it was quite tasty and I would make it again. I used the whole block of tofu, the whole can of beans and 1/2 c. salsa adjusted the calories accordingly
