Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Made this for New Years Eve! Very delicious! I would definitely make this again and even bring it to a party. I did not have sour cream so i used non fat plain yogurt. Gave it an added kick!
WOW - I used fat-free sour cream & cream cheese, and rinsed marinated artichoke hearts, adding minced garlic to the saute. Black pepper, crushed red pepper and worchestershire sauce to taste - just as good or better than the restaurant version!
Totally awesome recipe. To make it more of a meal, I added 1.5 chicken breasts (diced fine before cooking) and instead of garlic salt, when cooking the spinach & artichokes, I added 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic. Definitely a keeper.
I made this for Superbowl Sunday. It is amazing! I ate it with reduced fat wheat thins and it was delicious. We will definitely be having this again. Thanks for sharing.
So yummy! You definitely cannot tell that is a reduced-calorie, reduced-fat recipe. I made this for my whole family at a party and everyone raved over it! Thanks for a great recipe!
