This would be better on Arnold thins the whole grains are with Stevia. Others have sucralose.
Thins have less carbs but larger portions. Splenda is a night mare for me UGH Stevia is natural and it works. Fresh Berries with nothing is even better. Mashing some of the berries and some halves is Yum
Definitely NOT low carb!!!
THIS SOUNDS DELISH. I AM GOING TO THE STORE NOW. BUT STILL SEEMS A LITTLE HIGH IN CARBS. I AM NEW TO THE WHOLE "LOW CARB EATING" SO I WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THIS MORE.
