Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe is marvelous. We loved it and will do it again soon. I did not make the paste but put the olive oil on the fish then mixed the crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Spread the blend on both sides of the fish and baked for 14 minutes at 400 degrees F. It was perfect.
