Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I look for smoothies that are only 1 serving recipes - otherwise I drink it all! Modified a bit: added 1 tablespoon protein powder, and instead of milk used 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt and 1/2 cup orange juice; both strawberries and banana were frozen, but only used 1/2 banana; total cals 230!
I use vanilla lowfat yougurt with a splash of milk, only 1/2 banana and strawberry. Also good with canned pineapple and mandarin oranges, in lite syrup of course. Can also add some banana to that.
I enjoyed this fruit packed smoothie. I did use nonfat milk not 2%.
