I was lacking carbs so I made this up and had it in a whole wheat pita. It was an absolutely delightful lunch. Thanks.
i made this last night but added some "extras" I added a half a roma tomato, dill weed, indian yogurt seasoning and salt. I didn't have green onion so i skipped that. it was a tasty, filling a low cal meal. i ate it with mini whole wheat pitas
