The cookies were so yummy! I didn't have rolled oats and had to cheat a little by using one packet of Quaker maple and brown sugar lower sugar packet. The cookies turned out great! I do suggest putting the cookies in a sealed container to store, they tend to really harden up if left out. Thanx!
