Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is great thanks! The "fat" version I have of this has honey and condensed milk, but it really doesn't need it. Love the addition of the nuts and seeds!
I make a bircher muesli very simlar to this but use low fat milk in place of lemon (will try it with the lemon though), but it is great with inseason fresh fruit added, strawberries, apricots, bananas etc. When there is no fresh fruit about, you can also use tinned fruit.
