Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was yummy! I did tweak it a little though. Sauted mushrooms, 1 clove garlic and 1 small onion to bring out flavor before adding to mix. Didn't need extra water. I also added a little parsley because I tend to put parsley in pretty much everything for color, flavor and extra vitamins!
