I love this recipe its an easy no fuss type of thing that i very much need especialy during the holidays :) as far as the calorie count its whole roasted duck so no its definetly not goin to be low calorie lol but it is a delicious"treat"and the sodium is in the rub so u dont really eat it all LOL! According to the nutrition information, the duck contributes .75 oz serving...out of a Five Pound Duck, feeding 4 people, each gets 3/4 of One Ounce of meat? Something wrong there...I think the calorie count may be very understated. Submitted by:
