I make this with fat free sour cream instead of miracle whip, and serve it with a dill pickle...yum
I found this while I was looking for a dinner recipe to make tonight and I just had to make this for my lunch. It was great! I put a bit less onion powder (1tsp) and miracle whip (1.5 Tbsp) and that cut the calories down a bit. I will DEFINITELY make this again and soon I'm sure.
