Just a suggestion but if you use Greek yogurt instead you can bump the protein from 5.6 to 14+. I did a makeover on this recipe with Greek yogurt and it was over 14G of protein. Being a vegetarian I try to get my protein in where I can and that quick swap really helps. Submitted by:
