Nutrition & Calorie Comments

4 carbs per serving is not bad - as long as you make sure you only eat 1 serving - I like them and it killed the carb craving .
1% milk instead of fat free milk
how can this only be 4carbs with using oatmeal?
I don't eat Oatmeal on a LC diet. I have a similar recipe that is delicious and leaves out the oatmeal. This may work for someone not as strict as myself, or someone who is able to eat a higher carb level. In all fairness (I am not rating the recipe) didn't make, due to higher carb level.
