Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was very good whole family loved it. I think I will use less sugar next time. But will make again.
I used honey instead of white sugar (half the amount), added yellow and red peppers, shredded the pork, added some cornstarch to thicken the sauce and served it on hoagie buns with coleslaw on the side. The family loved it!! Next time I won't add the water so it will be thicker.
