I made this over the weekend without the spinach and green beans since I didn't have them. I used low sodium soy sauce and added red pepper flakes. Yummy
I plan on making this, and I too will be using the lower sodium soy :) as well as fresh veggies & spinach. Thank you for such an excellent healthy recipe!
THIS RECIPE HAS WAY TOO MUCH SODIUM! TRY USING LO-SODIUM VEGGIES WHEN POSSIBLE! ALSO, THE SOY COMES IN LO-SODIUM. I USED BOCA CRUMBLES/ NOT CHICKEN.THIS TURNS OUT GOOD IF YOU USE CREAMED SPINACH INSTEAD OF THE RAW TOO.
