Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Just curious, I go to a gym and they serve this shake but a little different. They actually add granola to it. Has anyone ever tried that? Also, what is a good brand of protein powder? New to this whole shake thing.
This great! I did not use the protein powder and liked it better with the banana at room temperature. I will have this every day if I could.
great shake!! I freeze my banana and use half as well as only half the peanut butter to save on calories!!
This is very similar to my "monkey smoothie". I use chocolate protein powder and vanilla soy milk with the banana and peanut butter. It is wonderful!
Also delicious with soy or hemp milk and hemp protein powder! Be sure to freeze the banana for milkshake consistency. :D
