Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Thumbs up!!! Who would have thought orange juice!! I used no sugar added applesauce instead of oil and added flax seed and walnuts, I don't like to use splenda, so I used Stevia, so I will have to adjust the nutritional information! Dh and Ds liked it too!
I thought this was very good considering the low sugar content! I will definitely make it again - very moist and yummy. I guess the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is wishing it was a little sweeter. But then it wouldn't be diabetic, huh? Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
