I usually use two bananas and about 15 cut-up prunes or dried apricots. This adds a few more calories, but I love that touch of sweetness. When I modify the recipe like this, I get about seven servings.
I love Red River cereal. I usually make mine with an apple, cinnamon and brown sugar. This is a terrific alternative. Thanks!
