Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Love this, we always made it with beef but turkey is a great way to cut fat and calories.
My husband loved this and said "it's a keeper." I did add fresh onions and substituted splenda brown sugar for the brown sugar.
I am not a big fan of meatloaf however I was looking for an alternative to turkey spaghetti. Will definitely make this again! I added chopped green bell peppers and onions to the ground turkey. Instead of the ketchup,I used 6 tbsp of Ragu Tomato,Garlic, and Onion Sauce with the brown sugar topping.
Just like Mom used to make... only healthier! I used ground turkey breast to cut down a bit on the fat. I decided to go with the muffin pan suggestion, and it worked really well. The recipe made 6 meatloaf muffins. I ended up baking it for 35 minutes total. Yum!
