This looks like a great Spring and Summer soup but the sodium content is way to high so I would have to work on a way to reduce it.
I looked at this recipe and it looked pretty good until I read the salt contents. Out of this world. Instead of using a cube of chicken flavour & water, use a box of Campbell's no salt added chicken or vegetable broth. Will lower sodium mega mega
