Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Like the recipe and will add some protein and make it not only a side dish but a main meal.
Loved this and might add some chicken or tuna as protein as a lunch and or dinner. Also has anyone tried laughing cow cheese wedges as a substitute as cheese. It is so delicious melted.
