Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My changes: I used 1/2 pounds turnips, 1.5 pounds of potato, and 4 cloves of garlic. I used 6 cups boxed chicken broth. I added pepper and a bit of salt. Otherwise, all the same. When blended, it made 8 cups of thick, hearty, delicious, filling, YUMMY soup at 103 calories per cup. Submitted by:
